Hi,
this (experimental) layout file fails to work for me if I use a
bibliography. It is a problem with an incorrect preamble.
I could not fix it, but I changed llncs.layout as follows: In line 463,
I commented the two preamble lines out and used the standard
bibliography instead. This does not look very pleasing, but at least it
works. I would be glad if someone could assist me in a real fix for
this.
