Thanks Jürgen, found it too, but you beat me again.
But we have a problem (my bad).
Following scenario:
1.) create a new document with lyx2.4
2.) add _any_ font (IBMplex, Chivo, Noto, Dejavu) with tex fonts
3.) export to 2.3.x
4.) read the exported with lyx2.3
5.) change fonts to 'non tex'
6.) save
7.) read the result with lyx2.4
8.) change font to 'tex'
9.) --> latex preamble is wrong
That means, checking for "\\use_non_tex_fonts false" is wrong in all
convert_*Fonts() and revert_*Fonts()
