Hunspell update to 1.7.0

Dear Jürgen,

I see that compiling hunspell  with recent compilers leads to annoying 
warnings about switches falling through. I see that as an incitation to 
upgrade to 1.7.0 :)

Do you still remember how you did that for 1.6.2?
