Line numbering to doc prefs?

Hi,

I'm not heavy user of lineno package for numbering of the lines
in the margin, but I regularly need it for submissions and always
need to google again for preamble two-liner:
\usepackage{lineno}
\linenumbers

What about adding checkbox '[X] Number lines', perhaps with field
for additional parameters of lineno?

Opinions?
