Just a heads up.
I used the latest CVS minipage facilities, and I see that <right click>
brings up a minipage specific menu. This makes it impossible to bring
up the tabular layout menu for any table contained in a minipage, since
it is accessible also by <right click>. It would seem the correct
solution if <right click> in a tabular is *always* the tabular layout
menu, even if inside a minipage.
