The lyx2lyx export works in setups where "python" defaults to Python 3.
There is an encoding error with Python 2. I am not fully aware of the
state of discussion regarding moving to Python 3 and hesitate to inverst
time in fixing an issue that becomes a non-issue with this move.

These test work here with my recent (unpublished) patch for CJK with
utf8. Together with the patch, I have some dedicated export tests in the
pipeline but also some unresolved issues. I will re-check after compiling
an unpatched version of "master" and invert.
