I think we decided not to bother with tarballs for this release, as (a) it is a very minor update, really, (b) people who want to build it themselves can check out 2.3.1-1, and (c) most people who would be inclined to build it are on Linux anyway, and there are no relevant changes for Linux. So you can just send me links to the binaries. If anyone objects to that plan, let me know. Riki
