I'll put some kind of warning on the download page. And we won't be releasing a "bundled" installer. I'm working right now on some instructions for how to install TeXLive for use with LyX. Frankly, I'd encourage everyone to switch to TeXLive. It seems that MiKTeX gets less stable every month. Riki
