For 2.3.1, I've built a 'bundled' installer that also installs MiKTeX, mostly because it seems to me that we need to have some more discussion before discontinuing it. More precisely, we need to figure out what language exactly to put on the website, to help Windows users install a functional LaTeX installation prior to installing LyX itself. Possibly, this info could go on the wiki instead, with a link.
