In my case, it _is_ translated, but only if using German LANG/LANGUAGE environment. In all other cases it is English.
The attached shows the dialog while
* editing English document
* The GUI is set to French
* Environment LANGUAGE=de_DE:sk_SK:en_US:en
* Environment LANG=de_DE.UTF-8
As can be seen, even the string 'Cancel' is not translated (which clearly
exists in our po-file)
and which works on other dialogs.
