No, I will fix it asap.
And from there, and maybe while you are at it, it might not be far from
implementing the other line style:
- a rule is medium thick (i.e. factor 1.5) if and only if (it is not the
first nor last) *and* it stretches along the whole with of the table.
The widths are:
heavy=0.008em
thin=0.05em
cmid=0.03em
If I do use these values, I can only see a difference between heavy and
thin beyond 180% zoom (at 100dpi) and the 3 width are different only
over 300% zoom.
So I do not really see how I could differentiate these 3 values.
