That could be. I really don't know. Is there a LyX method to check if the context is fragile? Or should I hardcode the names of the environments that seem to need it (from testing)? Alternatively, I'm also fine to stop working on this. I thought there was some low-hanging fruit, but since I don't understand the complexities, it might be better to leave it.
