The description of this LFUN says:

"Move the cursor to the end of the current inset if it is not already
there, or at the end of the enclosing inset otherwise"

However, if I have a text inset (not enclosed by another inset), and
the cursor is at the end of it, the lfun will move the cursor after the
next inset in the work area, whereas I'd expect it not to move at all
according to the above description since (1) the cursor is already at
the end of the current inset and (2) there is no enclosing inset.

Is this a bug or a documentation glitch? (if the latter, I'd prefer to
have an option that makes the lfun act as described here)
