Remove template AGUTeX.lyx from Makefile
Oups, I forgot this one.
As AGUTeX.lyx remains in the distribution, I guess that it is premature to
remove the layouts.
OTOH, as it is impossible to find the jgrga.sty and agums.sty files anymore,
jgrga.layout and agums.layout are useless, so they can be removed and it is not
worth eventually to keep AGUTeX.lyx at all.
Unless someone having kept the obsolete aguplus.cls and jgrga.sty ot agums.sty
files wants to recompile an old document with lyx-2.3.0? The layout files are
needed in that case.
