Both problem are still visible here (aab58fed6b):
a)
1. Load beamer example. Got to the first unnamed slide.
2. Hit 3x times down button at outliner. Slide is again merged/lost.
3. Now things get even more weird: Hit 3x times undo and
the document structure is not restored, instead the order
of unnamed frame and Section 1 gets reversed. Huh.
b)
1. Load beamer example. Go to the last-but one slide ('...much more!').
2. Hit 2x down. Slide is lost again.
3. Undo is also broken, if you play around little bit.
