For lyx I tried to disable the cmake run in source tree.
See CMakeLists.txt:31
In this case we are creating a build dir and proceed with the rest there.
Unfortunately, there still will be some files left in the source tree.
(Example: CMakeCache.txt, CMakeFiles/)
