Oops, I hadn't pulled the latest before making my comment previously and
recognizing the line had been removed from lyxcode.  I have no objection to
removing the line altogether.

This approach then seems consistent throughout the other environments.  I
would personally prefer to have lines for all nesting levels (even at the
outermost), but I suspect this would lead to too much visual clutter (and
potential for user confusion).
