I've also been meaning to write some feedback along these lines. Going to the Edit menu is *much* less intuitive than the Insert menu. Perhaps a conditional Insert menu can exist for "New Slide" if the document type is set to one of the subcategories of Presentation? I have similarly experienced that some manipulation is needed when I want to insert a new slide; it is generally not as simple as <Menu>->New slide/frame. Another point of feedback that was brought to me from a new-ish but enthusiastic and savvy LyX user: once a new slide/frame is inserted and the frame title is entered, going to a new line and hitting <Tab> keeps the Frame environment when it would more(most?) logically be the itemize environment. Is there a reason that the interface behaves this way, or is this an enhancement waiting to happen? Thank you, Joel
