Granting svn access used to be in JMarc domain, I hope he can still remember how to do that :) I suggest that Scott keeps pinging him until he gets what he deserves (whatever that is :D) Proper update constists of editing farm/cookbook/LyX/news.inc and run 'make' in misc/rss to update feeds (not manual edit as done for rc1).
