Additonal The HTML would be added once "fit for publication". Either fix major issues with the native export or use elyxer (exporting to LyX-2.0 format and then converting with elyxer should give better results, as the elyxer is quite old by now: "* eLyXer version 1.2.5 (2015-02-26)".
