While it may point to an underlying issue, the difference itself is non-critical: The export uses LuaTeX with 8-bit TeX fonts and the Babel language package. With Babel, the main document language must be given last, the order of secondary languages does not matter, hence \documentclass[english,ngerman,spanish]{scrbook} and \documentclass[ngerman,english,spanish]{scrbook} produce identical output (unless there is some bug in Babel).
