Thanks for adding these. I'll put these on the trac ticket.

We always attempt program with the writer in mind, but indeed it is difficult
for us to not think like a non-programmer writer.

In the furture, please respond on the trac ticket instead of by email.
Otherwise your comments are lost. We often come back to trac tickets
that are 5 years old, and no one tries to find emails associated with
them. Sorry for the inconvenience (I know trac is not the nicest thing
to deal with).
