Dear all, I am travelling now and no longer have access to the virtual box where I am running the LyX tests with TeX Live pretest.
All of the tests were passing on pretest a few days ago, but some tests started failing two days ago after a TeX Live update. I did not have time to look into a possible regression, but I did do another TeX Live update this morning and there were still failures. The following tests are some of those that are failing: doc/Tutorial_pdf2 UserGuide_pdf2 doc/attic/id_UserGuide_pdf2 doc/de/UserGuide_pdf2 doc/es/EmbeddedObjects_pdf2 doc/es/Tutorial_pdf2 doc/eu/Tutorial_pdf2 doc/fr/Tutorial_pdf2 doc/fr/UserGuide_pdf2 When compiling doc/UserGuide.lyx from the GUI, I get the error Undefined control sequence l. 61 \@w Does anyone want to look into a possible regression in a package update on TeX Live? The nice thing to this is that you might prevent a regression from getting into TeX Live 2017. The not-so-fun thing is that you might spend time on this only to realize that the issue has already been reported. If you have Ubuntu installed in a virtual box, to compile LyX master, install TeX Live 2017 pretest, and run all of the tests, you can run the command sudo ./lyx-tester --itl-options "--pretest" You can clone the git repo containing lyx-tester as follows: git clone "https://github.com/scottkosty/lyx-tester" Scott
