Doxygen sourcedoc: Should there be a non-empty "main" page?

Hi,

Should the Doxygen docs have a "main page"? At
    https://www.lyx.org/sourcedoc/latest/index.html
the main page is currently empty.

I don't know if this is an error on my side, or if we simply haven't
created a main page.
