I don't think this is a good idea in general. This obviously should be like
this if there is still no text inside the tabular cell then the fontsetting
should be inherited from outside, but we cannot reset all the fontsettings
of a paragraph which has it's own fonts now!

If you have a better explanation, please tell me maybe also with some
implementation details you have in mind.
