Dear Jürgen, with commit 0eb651a2, there are "New layout tags for better counter handling".
Could the * ResumeCounter: allow to resume an (enumerate) counter be used in the enumitem.module to properly support a resumed enumeration? If yes, how? This would be good news! Thanks, Günter
