I am now ready. I fact I was only facing a Brazilian translation issue of the NSIS scripting language. The installer itself was already translated to Brazilian.
So the binaries you now find at http://ftp.lyx.de/LyX%202.2.2/ are my final ones ready to be put on ftp.lyx.org. many thanks and regards Uwe
