This looks very nice.

* Why Fi&lter instead of &Filter?

* One could use the search field with the "clear" button already present
in the outliner. But this can be done another time.

* It would be great (in my opinion) if Filter is the field selected when
opening the dialog. Pressing enter should focus the available citations.
Like above, this is not urgent.
