Be able to insert space at the beginning of notes (maybe other/all insets?)

Hi,

One can create an inset, e.g. a note, starting with a space by selecting 
text that includes a space at the beginning and inserting the inset.

However, it is impossible to create by pressing space at the beginning 
of an inset.

I think it is good that one is able to create insets in the first way. 
For example, with notes one can comment out a part not starting at the 
beginning of a sentence including the leading space. However, if so, I 
think the second way of doing it should be fine as well.
