The idea was that as for closing insets, one can hide insets individually. And as for closing insets one can hide certain groups, like all inset or all note insets. I am still inclined to think that fully hiding is the better option concerning readability. But I'll consider it more. Maybe one could implement the "minimizing" version more easily and then test it in real life to see whether once should go further and implement the full hide.
