I hereby object. I am fine with the new feature as it was approved and with a description in the UserGuide I will get the docs in shape for 2.2.1 but I am against the renaming. This is then very misleading. I don't see a benefit but the opposite.
Sorry for the short notice. Is has been proposed four days earlier, probably a shorter delay than usual. "Format" is meant as a generalization of "Output", since the save transient properties is about the source rather than the outputs. What else do you suggest? For the manual, I can do an update quickly once we agree on a name. I can ensure that the User Guide is consistent with the more general name. Also, it is enough if I update the documentation on master, correct?
