Daniel, please check if you have cl.exe in PATH.
1.) Open a command window.
2.) call 'cl -v'
Alternatively you can specify the compiler via
-DCMAKE_CXX_COMPILER="C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio
14.0\VC\bin/cl.exe"
or set CMAKE_CXX_COMPILER in cmake-gui.
