Uwe, all is working with the deletion and reinstalation. Only a few bugs, when compiling, it works best with exporting to PDF(XeTex), while bugs or errors appear in other methods for exporting. That was also true for the previous version of 2.4.1. Often the errors came from the bibtex, which I generated with Jabrev. Thanks much, good wishes. Paul
