The patch : http://www.movement.uklinux.net/patches/lyx/filevarious.diff.gz implements a GUIised FileDialog, adds --with-lyx-version, and fixes various little things. cvs add src/frontends/xforms/forms/form_filedialog.fd src/frontends/xforms/forms/form_filedialog.C.patch src/frontends/xforms/form_filedialog.h src/frontends/xforms/form_filedialog.C src/frontends/xforms/FileDialog_private.h src/frontends/xforms/FileDialog_private.C src/frontends/xforms/FileDialog.C src/frontends/kde/FileDialog_private.h src/frontends/kde/FileDialog_private.C src/frontends/kde/FileDialog.C src/frontends/FileDialog.h lib/images/file-open.xpm cvs delete src/filedlg.h src/filedlg.C lib/images/buffer-open.xpm JMarc, I think --with-lyx-version along with the other install fixes should be for 1.1.6 as well (after some more testing by others).
