I don't know much about this, but it seems to me to be a compiler issue. Your compiler wants to track variables and it reached a limit regarding an internal (with respect to the compiler) limit. Hopefully someone who knows more about this can confirm that it is not an issue with LyX's code but rather with the compiler. Scott
