Bug Report Lyx 1.1.6fix1: Failure to update dvi, ps files

        Hi,

I'm using lyx 1.1.6 fix 1 on Linux.
I find that lyx does not update the dvi preview file, when the lyx file is
altered. It just displays the old version of the dvi file.

Only restarting lyx will bring a new dvi file.

1.1.5 used to work just fine.
