I get lots of
plain insetlayout fontsize: 0
This is here independent of setting the document font-size.

I am compiling with g++ (GCC) 5.3.0
but tried also gcc version 4.8.4 (Ubuntu 4.8.4-2ubuntu1~14.04.1). No change in
behaviour.
