What about putting these rules as local-variable at the end of the
document for emacs' cc-mode? At least those of us who use emacs for
formatting will not have anytinh to do to get the right formatting.
Of course, I do not really intend to start a war on editors, but these
things are bound to happen from time to time anyway...
