Hi Scott,
the tarball is incomplete. There are several 3rdparty files missing:
- CMake Error: File configCompiler.h.msvc does not exist.
- numeric_cast_traits_common.hpp": No such file or directory
- 3rdparty/zlib/1.2.8/zutil.h cannot be found
...
I therefore copied the whole 3rdparty folder from current Git master to
the folder where I unpacked the tarball and then I could compile.
I built an installer for beta 1 and uploaded it:

The tarball should be fixed. I noted that the build scripts
"build5-2010*.bat" are also missing in the tarball.
