Not at all: Exporting the Spanish Customization manual with Unicode fonts failed *temporarily* due to the "language nesting with polyglossia" problem: * It worked before the English version of an addition was added, * it failed after (as a placeholder for the translator), some text parts in English were added, * it works again after these English text parts were translated to Spanish and the document reached its normal "clean" state. Now the document can again be used to test for regressions of export with fontspec and polyglossia. This temporary failure is just noise due to the usual process of manual updates interfering with our use of the manuals as test samples also for non-standard output formats. The problem would only be hidden if we removed/changed *all* test samples showing the problem. However: * there is a bug report, * there is active work, * we have a (failing) dedicated autotest sample. If more samples showing the language nesting problem were required, we could make a minimal example out of the mixed-language version (still available via git) - but I'd leave this to the developer working on the problem. Unfortunately, it is a tricky problem which may stay with us for some more time and may also temporarily turn up in the next rounds of manual updates. Günter
