It was a "Schnellschuss" because I had the file prepared together with the layout 5 years ago. The layout file made it to lyx 2.0, the example was incorporated in the UserGuide (without my notice). Now I found the example in a local install (of lyx-xx.dev) but not in the git repository, so I thought it was time to fill this gap.
