[PATCH] Include, Splash, BibItem, BibTeX GUIId, KDE cleanup

The not-attached patch moves FormInclude, the Splash,
Bibitem and Bibtex to frontends, implements KDE Log dialogs,
improves and cleans up the KDE frontend.

It's 75K compressed, so :
