Yes. 3) is not an option, since we have a circular dependency: - footmisc must be loaded after setspace: http://www.lyx.org/trac/ticket/9884#comment:11 - setspace must be loaded after hyperref: http://www.lyx.org/trac/ticket/9884#comment:12 - hyperref must be loaded after footmisc: http://www.lyx.org/trac/ticket/9884#comment:10 I investigated the bug in detail now and tried to understand why it would fail with footmisc and work with the old code (which was basically the same that is used by footmisc), and could not see a regression: The TeX file exported by LyX 2.1 creates a broken hyperlink as well, and I can reproduce it by exporting the LyX test case to 2.1 format, then opening it in 2.1 and exporting with pdflatex. If nobody else sees a regression then we should simply postpone the problem for later. Georg
