I recently had to add a .cls to LyX and thus reconfigure it. However,
/usr/local/share/lyx/configure was 644 and ... it didn't work (click on
"edit/configure" in LyX). I had to chage it to 755.
Just to say it could be a good idea to install it with 755, like it used
to be ...
