Interesting. This is bad news. As Uwe and yourself suggested, it's
possible this is due to an atypical installation. But we don't know and
we haven't received reports from anyone else testing alpha1 on Windows.

What happens if you remove (well... backup of course) the svgz icons?
Then do your toolbars work correctly?
