So I _can_ export to DVI(luaTeX), Fine. DVI and PDF use the same font, so missing characters will be the same. > I tried Linux Libertine + Biolinun. Some characters are not displayed ( > insted of 'Jürgen' I see 'Jrgen') in the dvi. This is strange, as a missing ü was not reported!!! May be the DVI-viewer is to blame. Is Jürgen complete with umlaut in PDF? > [7 > Missing character: There is no ‿ (U+203F) in font "LinuxLibertineO:mode=node;s > cript=latn;language=DFLT;+tlig;+trep;+tlig;+trep;"! > ] > ... > here seems to be same errors in pdf5_systemF, but the pdf looks good. > [7 > Missing character: There is no ‿ (U+203F) in font "LinuxLibertineO:mode=node;s > cript=latn;language=DFLT;+tlig;+trep;+tlig;+trep;"! > ] The PDF may look OK on first glance. However, I trust the error message unless you really find the ‿ (203F UNDERTIE = Greek enotikon) in the PDF. It is easy to overlook a missing one - that is why I appreciate the new error reporting so much despite the work it gave us on cleaning up export tests! Günter
