Preview and assign that to View Default? Then Ctrl+R would be
available for pdf or whatever.
I think it is good to have Ctrl+P bound to something that looks like
printing.
Excellent idea. We may need some prefs2prefs for this. I'm not sure. I
can do that if need be, or look into it.
