Hmm, this is no proper fix, since the user could remove the inline option later on. He might have done hundred other changes and now his uncompilable - very hard for him to find out what is wrong. Therefore the inline option button must also be disabled when inside a footnote.
So enabling the very special case of listings in footnotes would require much work. Therefor I opt not to do anything. Those few who really needs this could put 2 ERTs around it and get what they desire.
