Qt 1.45 and g++ > 2.95.2

There is a bug in all versions of gcc > 2.95.2 that
makes 1.45 Qt headers uncompilable.

This means the kde frontend is broken with these compilers.

Should I have a really hacky solution to this (namely -D_CC_METROWERKS_ in
kde frontend) ? There are large number of gcc RH-2.96 users for one ...
