It's my fault. Now autotools declares LYX_USE_CXX11 when needed and the code uses this macro instead of comparing value of __cplusplus. This is because gcc 4.6 and earlier do not declare __cplusplus as they should.
The is from commit 329eae5605d. The cmake stuff needs a minor adjustment, and I forgot to point it to you.
